  2. You've mentored org-wide practices. Your patterns are taught in onboarding. Your PR reviews are cited in team discussions.

  3. You've saved the company money. Show me a platform engineer who cut infrastructure costs by 40% while improving deployment frequency. That person gets whatever they ask for.


Remote, Onsite, Hybrid: Does It Matter?
